POTD!!!
Todd has been wanting to do some nice landscaping to our backyard as it is currently a sodden wasteland of dead grass. When we had the front yard bedecked with a sprinkler system we decided not to do the backyard. No one ever sees it, it doesn’t get used except by KC, and we were trying to save some money. In hindsight we should have just done the whole yard. When grass becomes physically painful to walk on you know there is a problem.
We headed to a nearby office complex that had a very nicely landscaped common area. Since neither of us are very good with sustaining nature or creating habitats for it we wanted to get some inspiration. What we realized is that we should just stick to grass for now. Plants are expensive and edible.
